Institute Board President Bill Rigby and Statewide Advisory Chair Frank Zangari recently attended a Delaware County Firemen’s Association Board meeting to share updates on current initiatives happening at the state level and to hear firsthand about the challenges emergency services here in Delaware County are facing.
